COCHABAMBA BOLIVIA´S GARDEN CITY
Cochabamba, as Bolivians call it , is the garden City and the food paradise, with a pleasant “high valley” climate Cochabamba by itself (the city) does not have much to show except for its giant monument of “Cristo de la Concordia” made on cement and about 40 mts tall, this park allows you to have an interesting view of the actual city of this more than 700000 people , with sometime around you may enjoy tasty meal specialties mostly on pork meat. VILLA TUNARI (PARQUE NACIONAL CARRASCO) this place features very interesting adventures visiting “ PARQUE MACCHIA ” an interesting rescued animal refuge, and an amusement park made (amazon Bolivia`s way) “ PARQUE CHIPIRIRI “ hang around in Lianas and feel some adrenaline, visit the “GUACHAROS /Oil birds giant caves/CUEVAS DE REPECHON ” (Nyctibius Griseus) and one of the biggest “Orchids Reserve in Bolivia/ Orquideario Nacional” a place to enjoy time and semi-tropical weather, walks, river swimming, rafting and more around… Just a little more on the road and we reach “Buena Vista” a nice village from where we could enter the impressive Biodiversity paradise called “AMBORO NATIONAL PARK ” a place that invites those nature lovers, biologists, birdwatchers and adventurous into jungle walks and adventures, camps, wildlife and a lot of fun! We make our own 2, 3, 4 and 8 day walks around this paradise!
